Larry Hoffmann President & Chief Operating Officer	Larry Hoffmann is the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Larry draws on his many years of experience serving in leadership roles to provide strategic guidance and vision for the company and to drive the operations of the properties. Larry most recently served as Regional Vice President for Shurgard Storage Center’s Southwest region. His responsibilities included the directing of the region’s store operations, along with its real estate development and redevelopment activities. Prior to joining Shurgard, Larry worked for Ryder Systems, Inc., for more than twenty years, having worked his way up through the organization to the position of General Manager of the Northwest Region.

Jeff Helgeson Vice President Real Estate & Development	Jeff Helgeson is the company’s Vice President of Real Estate & Development. Jeff is responsible for directing the company’s development, acquisition, and redevelopment process. He has nineteen years of self-storage experience with Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc. where he managed real estate expansion and store operations in multiple states. Jeff acquired his broad self-storage experience by serving as a District Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Real Estate Development Manager and most recently as Market Manager while at Shurgard.

Tim Jones Vice President Construction	Tim Jones is the company’s Vice President of Construction. Tim is responsible for the management of new construction and the redevelopment of acquired properties as well as executing the capital improvement and repair and maintenance programs for the company’s stores. Tim brings over eight years of self-storage development experience and fifteen years of construction industry experience having served as a Regional Construction Manager with industry leader Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., and as Field Engineer/Design Engineer at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company.

Jeff Mikus Vice President Finance	Jeff Mikus is the company’s Vice President of Finance. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include structuring self-storage investments, financing properties and financial reporting. Jeff has extensive experience in real estate investment and finance, having served as Asset Manager, Acquisitions Manager and Real Estate Manager while employed with Shurgard Storage Centers, Inc., for more than seven years. Prior to joining Shurgard, Jeff was Acquisitions Manager for Emeritus Assisted Living and began his career in commercial and real estate lending and underwriting at Key Bank.
